Gender of my approx 23 week silver lace wyandotte?? I think?

She seems to be engaging in fight with what we think is a australorp rooster.. is that normal? I mean like REALLY fighting.
 
At 23 weeks if it is a rooster it should be crowing. If it hasn't by now its a hen but it does look like it could possibly be a young roo

It's hard to tell with white birds but I think I see saddle feathers. You can tell for sure by laying those feathers onto a dark sheet of paper and looking at the shape - pointy = roo, rounded = hen.
 
As deceiving as it may seem, that bird is 100% rooster! And a light sussex. See those shiny feathers around the tail, and pointed hackle feathers. It is odd that he is such a late bloomer, though. He's going to be a handsome young man :)
