Gender of Silkie

that’s what I thought but I wasn’t sure because he doesn’t crow or try to do anything that I’m used to cockerels doing. So I wasn’t sure.
Sometimes when there is a dominant rooster, cockerels will not exhibit rooster behaviors. I bet if you separated him with a few hens you'd see some crowing.

Ok. I didn’t know that. Thanks so much! I may do that because I have a hen who is brooding now and I definitely would like my Silkie to have some babies at some point because right now my other rooster is definitely the father to the clutch she has now.
 
Can you help me Identify which one is male

and which is female?? The are the same age and bought at tractor supply....
