Gender of these Silkie???

Ok....I'm new to Silkies and am pretty certain on 2 of the 3 of these 4 month olds. What do ya'll think? Also....bearded or not?????

The first picture is the only one I don't know???? Do you think roo? Pic 2 I'm pretty sure is a roo, and 3 is the pullet.

I think pic one might be a roo--the wattles look prominent...do you have any other pics of that one? That angle is hard to tell...

I do know that one of them is a roo because I did catch him once on the one I am sure is the hen....I just couldn't tell for sure which of the other 2 it was!!
