Gender of this Jersey Giant?

Hi,

Can anyone tell if this is a pullet or a rooster? It is almonst 4 months. We were supposed to get all pullets but this one has started a deep sounding crowing :-( We are sad because it is so laid back, friendly and calm. We have become very attached....

That's a rooster. He's very pretty. I just love black colored roosters, they get the prettiest shiny feathers.
