Gender please 8w old BLRW

Hey, so the 4th one is? a cockeral, is now 14w old and I'm curious as to when he will get the tail and saddle feathers come through? He doesn't have the headgear that his father had at his age either, though his comb is more pronounced than the pullets.
Thoughts?
The 3rd photo is him? with his sisters
Do bear in mind I'm in quite a warm climate so it's quite common for my pullets to start going red well before laying (the BR in the background of photo 2 is only 4 months old and red as red, as are my light sussex pullets)
