Girl or boy?
Seems similar to my other girls that I’ve had dna sexed. Not sure if these are streamers and a roo comb I see. My other girl has a small comb too prob smaller tho.

Can you get a picture of the tail, & saddle area? Cockerels usually have a distinctive tail shape, & feathers on the rear that begin over lapping the tips of the wings.

I don't see streamers yet. Could be a slow to mature if a cockerel.
 
Okay it could be closer to 3 months. My girls are about 14 weeks and this one looks a hair bigger.
mate those streamers coming all out of its head? Not sure I guess what a streamer is vs wild pullet head
Streamers are feathers that stick out the back of a male silkies crest.
