Gender worries

I took my chickies outside while i cleaned the brooder today. 3 of the chickies where flying at each other feet first. I am a newbie (like bought chicks on a whim) and i have no idea if my girls are indeed girls. can you tell by behavior at just 3wks? how long must i wait to be sure? if i posted pics of the chicks in question could anyone help identify them?
