Looks to young to say for sure but so far it isn't showing any signs of being a cockerel.

These chicks hatched from my flock I have 2 roosters. One is a EE and the other is a mixed EE and RIR. I'm happy to hear hen

You know what, I'm not familiar with sexing EE's. Forget my guess...

It has a single comb which should make sexing easier and it's small and not pink at this age. Nothing says cockerel at the moment. By 6 weeks you should be pretty sure either way. Look out for wattles sprouting - that's a big clue you have a boy.
