Gender

Judging from their overall height and combs, they remind me of a Delaware hybrid, but the breed isn't of main concern.

I believe that these birds are hens, as they lack any showing of a spur being formed, and their eyes have the shape that a hen generally has.
Although you probably could go by there not being any spurs at this age, that is really not a very accurate thing to go by for telling gender. A good, accurate way for telling is, comb, feathering, and sometimes leg thickness as a bonus.
