Gender?

Cockerel or pullet? 5 1/2 week old Lavender Orp.

From what I can tell, I say pullet. But I can't tell if the wattles are coming in red or if it's just the lighting. If the wattles are coming in red, then I say cockerel.

Might be a little early yet, but looks like a sweet pullet to me.

too soon to tell for sure. Wait about 3 more weeks and take pics in natural lighting.
