Gender?

I have a group of 9 speckled Sussex mixes, and most of them are boys. 2 are girls, but there is one I’m not sure about. Any ideas? It’s the gray and red one
They are 8 weeks old.

I'd say cockerel if its just 8 weeks.

I vote cockerel, but I'm not the best at sexing them.l I'm saying so more because of the saddle feathers than the comb, but I don't really know if that shows at this age.

That means only 2 out of the 9 are pullets! That’s crazy!
