I was wondering if people thought this looked like a male or female. It’s an 11 week old silkie. I tried to DNA test but didn’t get any results unfortunately. Thank you!

It's a bit too soon to tell. Silkies are hard.Better pictures
That is because it’s freezing here and I am worried they will be cold outside. The other piece is that I’m not sure what to do about a heater in the coop and how to finish it now that it’s built. But mostly because it’s cold. It's a bit too soon to tell. Silkies are hard.
Why is it still indoors at 11 weeks old?
They are also my first chickens ever so I’m not quite sure what to do about transitioning them outside and I don’t wanna make a mistake and have them get really coldThat is because it’s freezing here and I am worried they will be cold outside. I totally get it. The main thing would be to create ventilation near the top sides of the coop. Keep the coop draft free and make sure the birds don't get wet. Wet birds in the cold would be your largest enemy. Otherwise, they can go out already. They are also my first chickens ever so I’m not quite sure what to do about transitioning them outside and I don’t wanna make a mistake and have them get really cold
Ugh that is what I have thought too. IyI vote male

what do you think k I should put over the mud in the run? Do you think they need a heater or light? Thank you! Also do I need to dig a trench for the fence to keep out predators? I am not allowed to keep roosters but do you think I could get away with one?I totally get it. The main thing would be to create ventilation near the top sides of the coop.
