Blue Australorps as a whole are pretty uncommon. Even more uncommon than Blue Copper Marans. Blue Australorps also should have very dark eyes, even evident as chicks. I would assume Marans until proven beyond reasonable doubt that they are not. Many hatchery Marans have clean legs because they're bred towards the English standard and some have mixes of French and English. Also, in pullets the copper coloring appears much later than the cockerels. My advice is to wait it out before jumping to conclusions. The only cockerel is number 4.

all of them seem to be pullets except for number 4. He seems to be a roster because of the way his tail feathers are longer and sharper
