If you can, I would return it to the person you got it from. You don't want to start out owning sick chickens. As a matter of fact, I think I would return the whole bunch. Sorry, I just can't help thinking that bird could have an infectious illness and the others would be carriers also. I would take them back, disinfect everything and start over. Speaking from experience, I wish someone would have told me the same thing last year before my flock was desimated by Marek's.

Don't start out with sick birds. Just leads to heartbreak. Look for chicks that are alert and active, no signs of illness, move around well.
 
Update! Day two of vitamins and stretch is holding its head up higher! also i gave it mealworms yesturday which s/he had to run backwards to eat, today no running backwards to eat them!
