Nope, wattles at that age aren't definitive... they are really too small to tell how they will turn out, plus males can have flat wattles, Hens can have cupped wattles or anything in between, and they can both have one of each... so I rely on buck-wheating only to determine which of my birds are Hens at that age. Males will not buck-wheat, ever.
