so now for the big question... can anyone help guess what breed these are? I know the must be a bantam breed, because they are so small... but have no idea which??? again, these are my mom's and I am "chicken-sitting"...

They look like bantam Phoenix's... The male looks like he's silkie-feathered - very handsome, too.

Wondering... when, if ever, will these two be okay to put with my other chickens? They are a good bit smaller...

My Bantams are in with my standards-they are at the bottom of the pecking order but all get along fine. They were about 12 weeks when I let them go together. But I used the playpen method to get use to each other.

Look but don't touch-for a few weeks. Looks like you have a wire cage for them to get use to each other, so that would work well. The pullet maybe an Old English Game Bantam-idk.
