the way I know how is kinda a lot of work but first I upload to YouTube, copy the url, if you're on the full site you can hit the video option and paste the url there or just put it between this [ video ]your url[ /video ] (no space between the words and the brackets if I didn't add the spaces here they wouldn't show up)
