Make him a house rooster! Lol. Can you keep him at a friend's house and bring him back every couple weeks to breed the girls?

Aww..I wish. But alas, rooster are illegal in Portland. We live kinda cheek-to-jowl with our neighbors, despite having a large backyard for the suburbs of Portland. The four neighbors that surround us are pretty grumpy, the exception being an old couple who I cat-sit for often. But I doubt they would like a crowing rooster at 4 in the morning. One of our other neighbors has a newborn, and another is really rich and could probably do anything to us if we annoyed her, including buy a crane and a wrecking ball and tear our house down. She is rich.
(joking about the wrecking ball, of course, but she would have the upper hand if she was unhappy with us.)
