Genesis 1588 incubator clicks?

Hi, is it normal for the egg tray of a genesis 1588 incubator to make a noticable click now and then?

Mine make kind of a soft clicking noise, with a louder one every now and then which I think is when they start turning back the other way about every two hours. Just be sure you have it set correctly in the bottom and it is not up on an edge and hitting the sides. And if you have an egg in the hole in front of the motor it has to be a really small one.

Well, I take back that it sounds normal. Today I was looking in at the eggs and the hatching tray clicked and I watched the tray literally jump a little and shake the eggs. I am pretty sure it is not supposed to do that. I am pretty disappointed because I think my eggs may have already been shaken too much.
