Genesis Problem

I have a Genesis 1588 bator. When I plugged it in this morning to warm it up for eggs I bought, it will not get warm. The red light is flashing constantly. It is making noise like it did when it was working.

Anyone have any idea what the problem is? It worked fine a few weeks ago when I hatched.

I don't have the incubator but:

I read the Operational part of this, says to give it 24 hours to heat up and then maybe you need to re-toggle the rocker switch that sets the temp as it may have come unlocked?

I tried toggling it earlier and still nothing.

Is the room it is in have a steady temp.?

P.s DON'T put the eggs in before the temp. is steady

It isn't producing any heat at all. I had it plugged in all day yesterday and the temp did not move at all.
