I have a 3 month old cockerel that is a mix of full size and bantam will he be as big as or almost as big as his father(the full size one). He is about an inch or an inch and a half taller than his mom now. How much taller will my little storm get? and one of my hens does not like my brothers bantam roo. but always liked my taller roos. does that mean she prefers taller roos and wont ever like bantam roos(she is a bantam herself).

Most of my bantam/large fowl crosses have matured at about two thirds the size of the larger parent. About the tall/short thing, it's hard to say. My wife always preferred tall guys, but she married me.

Perhaps your brothers rooster will win over the affections of your bantam hen.

Some breeds mature more rapidly or slowly than others. Since this was a cross, I would suspect that it will reach maturity sometime between the usual times for those breeds. However, I have to say that most males I've had, while they reach "puberty" earlier than the girls, tend to take much longer to finish growing and reach final size and type. In my silkies, my males usually take a good 2 to 3 years to fully mature. Rocks are also slow developers. And brahmas.

At 6 months, what you see is probably what you'll get for this guy. He may add a little more weight after that, but he'll be basically grown.
