Genetics question (monarc23 and spookyevilone?)

A tuxedo quail is made from mixing A&M and normal brown? Is this correct? All I have are 2 male A&M's, and now I have 16 baby jumbo XLD's. So if I put an A&M male with some jumbo females, the babies should be tuxedos? Or am I way off?

A&M's plus XLD's will get you XLD's or whatever other genes are hiding in the A&M. A&M's aren't "pure" white, they're a masking recessive. Hence the occasional dark feathers.

Ah well, maybe I'll get lucky and all my jumbos are girls!

Then I won't need to cull my A&M's so soon!

yeah i have nada else to really reply here to other than Spookie is right it's Tibe to A & M (or tibe to english white).

But not all tibes have one middle pink toe only i have one tibe (i think it's a girl) who has almost completley all pink feet and legs I'll take a picture later once im not busy cleaning
