Georgetown/Scott county chicken laws

After looking at your photo please consider putting all food/water to the cool side of your brooder pen so you don't force them to choose food or water over staying cool.

And thank you we always love photos, you can never attach too many!
Thanks I’m brand new to this so any and all advice is welcome

Hello All, so yesterday I asked about the chicken laws in g-town and received a lot of help and for that I would like to thank everyone, I clicked a link and saw the number and distance restrictions then I jumped the gun and got 6 perfect after that I re-read the link and it turns out it was for g-town but the one in Texas, I live in the one in Kentucky which by the way does not like chickens in town, I am debating a discussion with my neighbors and see if they mind but I am a law abiding citizen, we are all so aggravated about this(sorry this has been so long) any advise???

I’m in the same boat. Checked my HOA and found that you can have chickens. Got my coop and chicks only to later find out that there is a city ordinance against them within city limits. We are just on the border, can’t belive Gtown doesn’t allow them! Even Lexington allows them...sorry for late response to an older post

Are you having a rebuttal with the neighbors? I would try to keep the chicks more secluded from the neighbors if possible. I hope things work out, please update us!
