I am getting one of these:
http://nashville.craigslist.org/grd/1249785136.html

It's a Blue wyandotte pullet and she is 3 months old.

My current flock free ranges and flies into the cage at night. There is one barred rock rooster, one buff orpington hen and three guineas. They are 12-14 weeks old.

Can I just let the new one out with them? Will she know to join up with them?

After the quarantine, you should put her in one night.. leave them all in one day and then she should be good to go.

You have to keep her separate from your flock at least 30 days. This can be done by placing her in a cage or small area away from your chickens. You don't want to bring undesirable disease that will wipe out your flock. Dewormed her also and make sure she's is healthy before incorporating to the flock.
