Getting a small-scale egg producer license

It's like 15 bucks for a busines license then 15 more for the egg vendor validation. You then have to place the WSDA egg stamps on each dozen, which work out to less than a dime per dozen. They'll inspect your house once per year:

1) eggs must be washed using a food grade sanitzer or just in hot water (they don't like the bubble buckets)

2) eggs must be stored separate from your domestic food suppy in their own fridge, they will check the temperature on the fridge

3) they'll inspect your packaging. anything fro Egg Cartons.com will work as long as you put your farm name on there and have a "use by" or "sell by" date on the dozen

4) you cannot wash the eggs in your domestic kitchen, but must use a different sink

That's about it really.
