well shes still alive this morning so thats good. She doesnt like the bottle and is still weak. We had to tube feed her last night. But my mom is takeing her to work with her(vet tech) and another lady is hopefully bringing some powered colostrum.

So im really not sure she is going to make it,she slept in my room last night in a box on a heating pad to keep warm and she liked that. we got up a couple times and fed her but she only drank a few sips. She is very pretty and 100 percent boer.
Ill keep you all updated.

p.s I think I have a stomach virus and I stayed home from school and ill call mom in a bit, to see how she is doing.

Well I just got the call... That baby passed away about 10:00 am
The vet said it was beacause she didn't recieve the first coloestrum.
Well atleast she died knowing that someone cared for her and kept her warm in her final hour's

Awww, I'm sorry. At least you were able to keep her warm and comfortable in the end. It's sad that we can't save them all.

i am so sorry and I wondered if they gave it colostrum....I wish I would have asked about that when I first read this earlier, the farmer should have milked the momma and let that baby eat...URGH
