Getting chickens out of the tractor

My first batch of meat chickens are ready to butcher. I was wondering how everyone that raises them in a chicken tractor gets them out? My tractor is 10x10 with a 2 foot high roof, 1/2 the pen is covered in metal roofing.

Get a kid to do it and then hose them off afterward (they'll think this is fun if you spin it right).

I have a Salitan style chicken tractor that sounds similar to yours. My normally came to me when I open the door, until a lot of them did not return. Then they started stepping back and hiding. I finally had to put a little bit of food down to tempt them to come towards the opening.
