Getting chickens to use their nesting box

Post pic of your nests and inside of coop(it looks like a nice one from your avatar).
They don't need dark, or 'privacy'...they need to feel safe.
Give her time...you can't 'force' them, you have to outsmart them.

Still not using best box. Should have used a cardboard box instead of buying the expensive best best box!
