We got our chickens march 4th this year. We wanted 6. Minimum order was 10, they sent 13. 2 were really aggressive and disrupted the rest constantly and pecked 2 bloody. We got rid of them. We then impulse bought 5 more to be with the pecked chicks. So now we have 16 lol. Chicken math lol. Heres the coops i built. The main is 30x14 with the coop being 6x8. The other coop is 8x7 with an 8' run. The second coop will be a shed for food and other chicken items as well as a sick bay as needed. Once we can put all the chickens together. Some of the pics are progress pics so may look unfinished. Anyway. Heres where we are so far. Perches, dust bath, toys etc coming soon!

It's beautiful!
You do have security issues, and more ventilation is needed, but very nice overall.
Chicken wire will not be good enough, add hardware cloth, at least, where ever possible.
IMG_0224.JPG

That's 2"x4" woven wire over the hardware cloth on the lower 4' of our small run, fence stapled to the framing, and then with boards screwed in on top.
Having a did proof foundation, or at least woven wire attached and on the ground our about 18" from the walls.
Definitely no roosts near that chicken wire! Raccoons will reach in a tear birds apart.
Really good latches on all openings! Nothing a child can open, because of those raccoons.
Adding your approximate location will help too, because of climate issues depending on where you are.

Last pic is confusing, what is the raised area filled with bedding and waterer underneath? Figured poop board but roost is not over it except at one end.

Top hinged windows are nice...but looks like the roof soffits are closed up but for one tiny vent.

Run is awesome sized, but ditto on the chicken wire not beig predator proof.

Don't bother with "toys" go for 'clutter':

Where in this world are you located?
Climate, and time of year, is almost always a factor.
Please add your general geographical location to your profile.
It's easy to do, and then it's always there!

Thats going to be a shed/sick chicken area. That raised area will eventually be for the sick chickens and has access to the run. The babies are getting close to the same size and the rest and we will integrate both flocks. Then i can clean out and finish the shed. The reason its just chicken wire on that small run is because it will rarely be used and we are trying to save money. Thankfully we really havent seen any predators around in the 6 years weve been here. They likely are but between the dog and the time we spend out there hopefully it will be ok until i can afford to fix it. Im in minnesota also.
