getting duck to go broody

can i make a duck go broody? i am going to borrow a drake from someone and i wanted to put some eggs in the incubator but i also wanted my duck to hatch some of them. also will she keep laying until she has enough to set or will she just keep laying and never set? i am getting one egg a day from her and she only lays at night. and also can i keep her with my hens until she goes broody or will i just have to seperate her and the drake when she is still laying?i really dont want to seperate until she is definettley broody because i want to give the drake back right away.
