Getting ducklings in March

Just found out when the feed store will have ducklings.
I just haven't figured out which color I'm getting of Runner ducklings. On their schedule, it says that Blue Runners will be coming on 3/4 which means they'll be coming in 4 days before my birthday. The Fawn & White Runners will be coming in 3/11, which is 3 days after my birthday.
I'll be getting at least 2 females as that's all I'm allowed to get.

It's going to be different than how I raised Colonel & Duchess.
These little ones will be allowed to stay in the house longer as they'll be living in my bedroom, which I had convinced my parents to allow.

Does anyone have pictures of their Blue or Fawn & White Runners that I could see??

They are probably straight run, or unsexed. You probably won’t end up with two ducks and not a drake. I don’t have pictures, but you could google them.

Actually the feed store orders them sexed and puts leg bands on the males.

This is my 2 Fawn an white females my blue is almost 4 yr old and she is turning white if you still want a pic I’ll post it but blues chocolates and blacks turn white as they age.

@Runner duck mom has a blue one and here is the picture of my blue one with my fawn/whites

. Her dad is chocolate and mom fawn/white.

I like to raise our ducklings in the house as well, they are messy but you get to spend a lot of time with them that way

Just beautiful! I knew they started turning white as they got older but no idea it happened so quickly
