I have 7 goats with a nice barn and pasture. I think it would be cool to let them range together. I plan to build a goose "house" inside the goat barn so they are relatively unmolested. A friend is giving me a trio of Tolluse adults. I have a few questions:
#1 HOW will the geese (I never got adult animals before just babies) know this is the new home and they should go in there at night? How large of a house will they need? How tall should I build it and pop door size? Im a little concerned the goats will pester the new birds and hope it wont make them take off or get mean. I appreciate any input. I usually study a new animal for a year before I get it but this person needs to re home the birds asap as she is a renter and the owner said she had to get rid of them. I have turkeys and chickens...are these very different?

for a trio the house size probably only needs to be 4x4 or 6x4 but the bigger the better the door that they go thru only has to be like between 18 in. and 2 feet. Jay in MA
