Definitely...The entire living conditions are subpar and don't meet acceptable standards. The starving animals would be removed asap!

Who lets Goats Hump their birds daily? Or run around starving?

Makes one wonder but friend said the auction I go to in Chehalis is rough on birds I said no you are softy they know how to pickup a ornery cockerel or a flat mean one with full spurs .. she quickly said she new she was a wimp

You might want to consider moving their play house and other climbing toys further away from your fence. If they can jump on to it, they can go boing-boing from there, over your fence.

Aww- 18! That's awesome. My two (Border Collie and Maltese) are both 14, the little guy's mostly blind and my big buddy is deaf as well as heart problems but still active and happy.
You give me hope about my boys.
