Oh alright. I definitely put them outside to play in the big yard and they like it. I know when they had enough because both just stand and cry for me after an hour of playing.
If you do breed I would wait until next year in the late fall. I have bred younger does, but often it's hard on them. I prefer to let them mature more as goats generally don't start filling out until around 2 years of age. Mature does seem to kid easier. Some younger does can have problems delivering if they are carrying a single big kid.I was asked if I'll breed Fancy and I'm not really sure? I definitely don't have the set up for more kids and delivering them scares me if something goes wrong..
I feed just the generic sweet 16. I tried regular goat rations, but my goats were never thrilled by them. Sounds like it's just a broken up pellet. In a mixed ration goats will often pick out the best stuff only, but if they aren't fed too much ration than they are always eager to eat it all generally.What's this sweet goat feed? Mine looks like chick crumbles. It's kids starter/ Grower feed at 18%
