Hopefully i wont have to, That's why i like having a polled buck. but if they are born with horns i'll most likely dehorn them, Makes it easier to sell. Definitely don't want more goats with horns in my herd too.

I think the polled gene is more common in Nigerian dwarf goats.. Does your pal have any polled bucks you can breed fancy to?Are any breeds that are small hornless? I always liked Nubian goats too..

I'm gonna pasture off about 3acres of woods to goats or possibly a cow . What fencing would you recommend? I might be thinking something stupid here but I would like to have the fence designed so that my game fowl can go through the fence and still access the woods for foraging . . My game fowl are small maybe 3to 4libs. .She'll jump up on me and give me kisses every morning too, It's so sweet
