Getting Goat kids

Their is a cool Goat hiking club I can join that meets up on trails not too far from here. Holy crap my Son and I might join to take ours out walking trails in the spring..
I'm just waiting to find out all vaccinations and protocols for joining.

My local 4-H has a cart pulling goat program wear kids teach their goats how to pull carts, they'll also take them on hikes with luggage on the goats. I Always though that was pretty cool~

How are you kids with leads? Do they walk for you? Mine are supper stubborn, could never do that with mine they'd just lie down the entire time

Awesome! I have this backpack for Fancy and yes the definitely walk easy on leads. I’m definitely so excited to see if I can join the hiking group too!

One nice lady though said to just show up on schedules and come along..
Definitely can't toss me off the trail..

Really? That's a bummer. As long as they're CAE and CL free i think you should be able to take your goats along.. That's nice that they still invited you to come along though even without your goats.

Told me to bring my goats..
I can't join because my kids are not registered goats and I'm not a member....Bahahaha..
Who cares I can still go though..

Actually not true because Alberta is crazy with it's up and down temperature. Nothing to be a 20 degree difference in a 24 hour period....
Hopefully soon we can go on our first real hike here on my property first..

Well I have strange kids. They only like the big run if I'm in it with them.
They won't run around or play unless I'm sitting right in the Run too.
Fancy screams her silly head off and wants over the gate and Ozzy tries crawling under the gate..
Hopefully it's just a young goat behaviour.....
