Ozzy makes a sound like an old man blowing his nose in a hanky. Is that just him clearing his nose like when a horse does it?

Goats do randomly snort. I hear it more when they are wary of something. They will snort, and stomp their legs, so maybe it's something like that. Otherwise it can just be him blowing dust out of his nose.He definitely is castrated. No he blows his nose. Hard to describe how it sounds. He isn’t sick at all.
