I am concerned about my girls getting off the roosts in the morning. I watched them this morning and when come off the roost they are hitting the green strings I have for the waterer and feeder. Should I be worried about this? You can see the rope in this picture.

I wouldn't be worried about it. The girls will make it work. If you are worried, try moving them. I have mine sitting on the floor of the coop. I have them raised up out of the shavings on cinder blocks.

I wouldn't want to chance mine flying into those strings. But then i wouldn't give them a narrow pole for a roost, either.
