Nice run area...might add some 'playground equipment' for diversionary and 'hiding places'. That old door could be leaned against run wall or put on top of concrete blocks(or something else) for an under and over space.

If you zoom in on the pic of the whole coop you can see all of the boards and tree limb that goes all the way up to the ceiling. (On right side) and another perch in the left back corner, attaches to the coop.
