Many breeds are large and black.

What age are they? Pinkish-gray is possible for some young pullets, I just wouldn't call it common, most JG will have a pink comb as pullets.

I wouldn't really call those Jersey Giants. The body is way too skinny, and the comb on an 18 week Giant should be red for sure. It's possible they are very, very poorly bred Jersey Giants, but I would say they are a different breed altogether.

I've seen similar body and coloring on dark-type Blue Andalusians. But really it could be many things, just too hard to tell on a pure black bird.

They came from privet hatcheries in New Mexico who breeds Jersey Giants and Iowa blues I guess its possible I ended up with all Iowa blues I bought them at D&B supply which is a reputable company I would assume
