I am a 2nd grade teacher in Colorado. We are doing this as a project with me class. I have the Brinsea Octagon Advance
We are getting the eggs from a farmer nearby. I have had the incubator on for 2 days now. The temp is reading 99.6 steady the humidity is around 41%
The eggs arrive tomorrow.
How long do I let them sit before putting them in?
Does my humidity need to come up?
If so, how do I get humidity up higher?
Anything else I should know???

Thanks

Nope you humidity is perfecto and all you need to do is let them rest in an egg carton "pointy end" down. Let them rest like this over night and in the morning your ready to set!

This will be so cool for the kids. My school got an incubator the year after I moved out of the first grade
