Welcome to BYC! While I don't know how many hens you have, the more you have the more problems will also have. If you have enough nests that is a good thing. If you should have a broody hen then she will cause problems for others wanting to lay.
It won't be easy to manage the flock without daily visits. Problems with broken eggs for example is just one example of things to come. This would result in egg eaters, and the problems could get worse without the daily contact the hens require for good management practices.
