Dodong is working well. He has the carpenter there now, though he thinks he can get everything done himself lol. 

Ariel and Lillian are a worry but we have just given them a pretty serious sit down. The chat seems to have aligned them more to our expectations.

Inday did a surprise visit. The place was a mess. The beach had 5 days worth of trash on it. Leaves were everywhere .

On top of that, there have been a couple of instances where Lillian has defied instructions - blatent insubordination. Add 4 hours off site to buy a kg of carrots and failure to follow through.

We spoke to dodong first, We told him that despite his great work, we will fire his wife if there is no sign of instant improvement. Ariel and lillian received written warnings.

They both apologized and have made instant improvements. I am receiving 25 photos every morning to check, Also random pics are rquested, I am getting detailed reports.

Lillian's distant cousin who recommended them is also checking on them.

I have shipped 200+ birds - with maybe 500 by the end of the month.- takes its toll on chicken counts.


Everything is actually just more organized. We sorted all the juveniles and sent them off to their new homes

We have a full cart of supplies ready


Out hatch rates were excellent this week.Of viable eggs, we hatched 90%.

We are dealing with too many clears in the Rhode Island and EE camps. Maybe we have a dud rooster. I may move half of each coop to some of the spare coops and see if the clears are just prevalent in one one coop.
