Getting the flock out of here - a diary of a crazy chicken man

Uhm, artificially?

I'm always amazed when a chihuahua or other dog dog knocks up a rottweiler or bigger

Ofcourse that's just a matter of a brave little boy meeting a very nice/sleepy girl.

I had a mare get down on her knees for a pony. Where there's a will (hormonal urge) there's a way.

my buffs are hatching out well

every BBS chick i do get i have to help it out of the shell

the joys of hatching

I'm nowhere near your dedication level Oz but I made my first chicken sale yesterday. I sold 7 silkie chicks for $25. I advertised them for $5 each or $25 for all seven as I didn't want to feed and raise them. They sold in 2 hours.

I was hoping to post that we cracked the 100 chick barrier today but 2 orders asked to delay shipping.

We have 80 leaving the farm. Not a bad fortnight.

Mrs Oz is giving the pig a prostaglandins analog as I type. It takes 20-24 hours to induce. by midnight sundaleft coast time I hope we have piglets.

I ended up in the urgent care today with conjunctivitis - my eye was glued shut this morning. I am having trouble seeing the screen LOL

I also visited Mrs Oz' old aunt who is in mild dementia. I am tasked with accompanying her to the Philippines. We depart on March 30 ( @Phage )
