Is 24yrs old has a 4yr old daughter out of wedlock. Mother of child married someone else after they separated. He wants a job desperately to support his daughter.

He used to work the sugarcane fields for 5 years but never got SSS or philhealth benefits. He doesn't have a birth cert. It got burned when their house caught fire. We will have to track down if his birth was actually registered with the National Statistics Office to start getting him benefits.

He only finished 6th grade and he said he just wants to give a better future to his daughter. Mrs Oz told him that he needs to think about it because we are willing to pay tuition and books after a year of employment.

He had been actively looking for work for weeks

My wife has a good feeling about him and thinks he will try to make it work as he has a long term goal. We will see
