Amazon just delivered some sausage casings and a pump action sausage maker. I am going to turn a few scovies into Duck Sausage Salsiccia d'Aitra next week

hopefully the brrody will prove as good as the bator.

the lemons & the ducks should be all hatching out at the end of next week.......fingers crossed
had some clear lemons but that is probably due atleast in part to shipped eggs.

I was in my teens the last time I helped GrandDad pump sauage,

It wore my arms out back then! I do hope you got a modern pump and not a "armstrong" type.
I never had Duck Sausage before, sounds good!!

i have never made it but it seems a good use of older ducks. i will dress and de-bone 3 10 pound drakes and see how it goes. Hopefully we can share the pumping and make 12-15 pounds of edible food
