I have a black bresse roo only. No hens. I will have to get some eggs for next trip.The last trip was to concentrate on the core breeds. I keep kicking myself over the RIR and other Buff orps not being delivered in time as well as not picking up the San Diego eggs. RIR and Buff Orps attract a lot of interest there.

I think there is a lot of potential with Bresse and the crosses.

I have just got an inquiry about lots of fancy breeds

I wont even consider many of them due to logistics but the interest is intersting.

I guess the delivery guys have been talking because the owner of our feed store's wife was asking Mrs Oz about our breeds and wants to come out. She says she has people we should meet.

Yes Sir, the more fancy looking the birds are the more it attracts people attention & interest to own one of a kind. IF things materialized, perhaps you are the first fellow to introduce those birds in our province & country as a whole. good luck!!!

Our water tank tower lost its 5.5 year battle with the cancer of rust.

Despite trying to maintain it, the disease was just too powerful.

The tower became too weak to even climb to save the tank.

Bernie solicited the road works guys widening the road out the fron to use their toys to assist






It will be remembered.

Better change it with a concrete columns to hold the water tank or best erect a culvert type of water tank. Te one we have in our parents house in Cauayan still stand till today for almost 50 long years.

We now have municipal water so there is no need for a tower. I will use the tank to hold rain water to use on the garden

I fave some electrical company off cut posts that i will use to make a 4ft high tank stand.

We have a pig with scours that has been offerred electrolyte water ever hour all night but she is not really interested. Its been 14 hrs so i am hoping it will be resolved soon. Its amazing how quickly you can lose a pig from diarrea. Bernie will be nursing

Aljay will be sowing marigold seeds..

Pig number one was fairing better last night. She was force feed water and electrolytes all day and took four liters. Poop has cleared. I think she will be ok

Pig number one is back to normal.

The hatch has started. with one more hatch after this before the mega.

I may try a doz tolouse eggs if we can get this tough guy out

there are 19 turkey embryos wiggling including one with a B,4 royal palm, 2 boubon red and the rest are bronze or black
