Typical Californians!

I agree...I can't wait to get out this crappy area! Neighbors are too close and crazy to boot. They didn't clear the Brush yet they clAim to own the property! It's an easement for gods sake and the brush was obscuring my fence line and posed a fire hazard

Yep, I had a California neighbor just like that. My easement went over the corner of his property about 10 feet. He put a gate on it and called it his... all so I couldn't drive down the hill when I bought feed for my birds. I had to carry it down!

Finally got it fixed to where he couldn't lock it but I couldn't remove it either! At least I could drive down onto my own property!

Yes horrible and stressful she started threatening to take me to court!?? And funny how they changed their tone and started to back down when my husband showed up

Most I have been able to make peace with.... The rest... can Take a Flying F**ck. ahem.
