Congrats Oz and Mrs.Oz! And ofcourse congrats to the kiddos too, they're lucky to have such awesome parents!

Do they know about the legalities or do you not bother them with that? I'm sure you're both so excited to have them "for real" now.

I know with my step-son, I always tried to explain a little of what was going on (Mommy and daddy love you both SO much, they need a judge to help figure out where you're going to live and how much time they can each spend with you), never really an issue with it... we emphasize how lucky he is to have two homes and two sets of parents.

We just received the greatest news of our lives:

The petitions for adoption for both our kids are finalized.

We are now officially parents.

Its still a 6-9 month journey to get them to the USA but its really happening e

Thanks every one. It's been an amazingly tough few years. The thought of is being together is surreal.

We still have lots to get through but the light at the end of this tunnel just got a while lot brighter
