wow i had no idea@piglett congrats on the byc friend award mt friend
we went to the TSC chicken swap over in Maine on sunday
I sold 1 pullet but i only had 10 left to sell from all of the eggs i hatched out (over 200)
my broody hen hatched out 3 ducklings also which i had with me
as luck would have it an Indian guy with some farm land came by & we got to talking
he said he wanted some ducklings
i explained that i have 80 muscovy eggs already in the bator
so i would have more ducklings to offer starting in a couple more weeks
he said he wanted them all !!!![]()
i got the impression that he likes fresh farm raised meat, not that garbage in the stores.
i guess i'll find out in a couple more weeks.
